stopped by my doctor's office for my weekly weigh in and I did not lose any. I choose to weigh at the office since I know  the scales are balanced.(plus scales are not allowed in my house yet !)     so this is my first stall and it sucks.   surgery was 9-9-08 and i have lost a total of 115 lbs including preop weight loss.  I still feel huge. I really need  to do better so my weight loss can continue. any suggestions? thanks Rebecca

Hey Rebecca, I'm not postive, but I know that this works for the bansters..well for me anyway. Try going on liquid protien shakes for a couple maybe 3 days, and get in all your water that might jump start you. I have done that on several occasions, I'm sure some of the rny'ers will jump in with ideas. Don't be such a stranger on here and at the Lunch Bunch and Dinner Club's.........LOL.

Hope you get to feeling better real soon.

Cheryl

Hey, Rebecca...  I'm like Cheryl (a bandster) but when I hit a stall I boost the protein shakes and it does seem to kickstart me again!

What I really wanted to say is CONGRATS on 115 pounds!!!!  That is wonderful!!!!
